HER (Helping Each other Rise) is a Women’s community group in Richmond, Indiana, and exists because we believe women shouldn’t have to figure it all out alone. It’s for women who want real connection, fresh inspiration, meaningful conversation, and a room full of people who genuinely want to see each other win.

HER is not a networking event; it’s a relaxed, welcoming gathering where we learn something new, share stories, laugh a little, and walk away better than we came.

We meet every other month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and every gathering is designed to help us grow personally and professionally while building authentic relationships along the way. If you’re looking for community, encouragement, and women who will help you rise — you’ll fit right in.
